Shipping & Orders

When will my order ship? Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

What if my body butter arrives melted?

Our body butters are handcrafted using natural butters and oils that may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures during shipping. This is a normal occurrence and does not affect the quality, safety, or effectiveness of the product.

If your body butter arrives softened or melted, simply place it in a cool area or refrigerate it for 30–60 minutes until it returns to a solid state. While the texture may change slightly, the product will continue to perform as intended.

Please note that The SKN Collection is not responsible for melting that may occur during transit due to weather conditions or carrier handling. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of texture changes resulting from temperature fluctuations during shipping.

How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. Please allow extra time during holidays, sales, or due to carrier delays.

My package is delayed or missing — what should I do? If your tracking hasn’t updated in a few days or you believe your package is lost, email us at [hello@theskncollection.com] with your order number.

Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of our skincare and body care products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance purposes, All Sales are Final.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@theskncollection.com. We will review your request and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
