Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Domestic orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. Please note that delivery times may be extended during holidays, promotional events, or due to carrier-related delays that are beyond our control.
Warm Weather Notice
Due to the natural ingredients used in our body butters, products may soften or melt during transit when exposed to high temperatures. This does not affect the quality or performance of the product. If melting occurs, place the product in a cool area or refrigerate until it solidifies.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping provider. The SKN Collection is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages, nor for delivery issues resulting from carrier errors or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Address Changes & Corrections
If you need to update or correct your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@theskncollection.com. Address changes can only be made if your order has not yet been processed or prepared for shipment.
Because we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee address modifications once processing has begun.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, a refund will be issued once the package has been received and inspected. Refunds will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
